Basically, in every communication we have, whether business oriented or personal (with friends and family), we unwittingly, use storytelling. In some cases, this is one directional and can lead to a boring, less inviting situation, that loses the attention of the audience (I’m sure we have all been there!). Yet, others can be extremely interactive, very engaging and exciting, leaving you wondering where the time has gone, wishing to extend the conversation longer and looking forward to the next.
